Every renovation looks the same in the after photos. Clean lines, good light, everything in its place. What you don’t see in those photos is the eight weeks in between, and that’s where most projects actually go wrong.

We built our process around one idea: you should never be guessing what happens next. Four steps, the same every time, whether it’s a kitchen or a whole house.

Discovery

We start with a free call, no home visit required yet. You talk, we listen: what’s bugging you about the space, what you’re hoping it becomes, what budget you’re working with. Then we come see the space in person and put together a first-draft plan built around what you told us, not a generic template.

What you receive: A free call to talk through what you want and why · An in-home visit to see the space for ourselves · A first-draft plan that fits your actual budget, not an inflated one

Design Development

This is where the plan becomes something you can actually see. We go back and forth on layout, materials, and finishes until it’s right, not until we run out of time. You’ll see real 3D renderings before a single wall comes down, so nothing about the final result is a surprise.

What you receive: Design sessions where we actually change things based on what you say · 3D renderings, not sketches you have to imagine your way through · A detailed proposal with real numbers, not a placeholder estimate

Execution

This is the part everyone dreads, and the part we’ve spent twenty-eight years getting right. Your house stays livable. Dust gets contained, floors get covered, and the crew cleans up before they leave every day. You get real updates, not radio silence until something breaks.

Fulfillment

Finishing the build isn’t the finish line for us. We walk the whole project with you before we call it done, fix anything that’s not right, and leave the space actually ready to live in, not just ready to photograph.
